Facilities

The Psychology Department is housed in Blodgett Hall, extensively renovated in 1997-98 to enhance teaching and research facilities. The renovation included the construction of a new computer cluster and state-of-the-art laboratories for research in physiology, neurochemistry, and experimental learning, as well as a new electrophysiology suite to house the neuroscan equipment and new observation / testing suites with sophisticated audio and video recording equipment. In addition, the Wimpfheimer Nursery School serves as an on-campus laboratory for students pursuing coursework or independent study research in developmental psychology.
